Congratulations! You made it through the first week and a half of the challenge . It was great to see so many of you at La Balsa on Saturday! In the past we’ve seen the numbers drop off as the Challenge progressed, the reason for that is simple; its very easy to say that you’re committing to your figure and fitnes goals but its another to follow through with them.

Following through means you have to be 100% honest with yourself and do what it takes to achieve your goals; it means holding yourself accountable for your actions; it means sticking to what you promised yourself because at the end of the day they are your goals, no one elses. If you’re not following through with your commitment you’re only cheating yourself of the goals that you want. And in reality, you’ll always want them more than any amount of  beer, chocolate or 45 min sleep in no matter how good beer, chocolate and sleep ins are! Because nothing tastes as good as fit feels!
