We absolutely LOVED the Cardio Challenge on Saturday morning up Wild Horse Mountain. What an awesome way to start the day, and it's great to finish in such an amazing place with spectacular views, a full on journey up the hill worth EVERY squat, crab crawl, shoulder press and lunge - can't wait for the next one ... Thanks Bianca and Sammy!!!

Hi Chris & Jess,
It's great to know that I can give back to the people who helped me and for other personal trainer, because I was in your shoes only 12 months ago ! It's so cool knowing that we have the power to make a difference to so many people's lives!
I sure did grab Diet Master Pro, I'm super excited about how many more people need help just with being educated with healthy eating and how to realistically fit it in their life.
Can't wait to hear how you go !
Regards
Bianca

Hi Bianca,

My name is Chris Tuck and I saw your presentation on the weekend and loved it, well done!

How good was Mega Training! Those guys are a god send for us Personal Trainers, I dont understand why every trainer doesn't sign up with them. Hope you have been able to get stuck into your blueprint for the next year.

I found what you said very inspirational as I was having trouble developing a vision for my fitness business as I'm based at Goodlife, Fortitude Valley, which as you probably know is a little restrictive. The fact that you have been able to train people outdoors and in-home has given me the belief that I can do the same.

I took the plunge and picked up Rainmaker, Duplicator and Lynn's Website. Did you grab the Nutrition System?

Good luck with the coming year and I look forward to catching you in VIP....when I get there.

To Your Health

Hardest session was easily a hard legs sesh at B's with Ray and Pete! With 4 different stations for legs then some weighted walking lunges and hard sprints down Spanner Rd...I definitly felt like throwing up towards the end!! Good session B, love the challenge!!

Sammy's Monday morning 5:45am session is always painfull. Two that stand out in my mind (i know Ness would agree with me here)
1. We had to do 50 shoulder presses with 5kg weights, then run up the hill to the road and back with weights above heads, then repeat doing 40 then up the hill, then 30 then up the hill, then 20 then up the hill, then 10 then up the hill, yep 150 shoulder presses and 5 hill sprints with weights above heads-what a killer and at the end of the session too.
2. We had to run from Alex hill to the light house and back, every 500 meters we had to stop and do 50 jump squats there and back as well as lunge the whole length of the rock wall-ouch can still feel the pain in my quads!

Rai's night sessions are a killer. Both on a Tuesday night
1. Having to carry a range of weights alternating 5-10Kg running/sprinting/lunging with them from Alex hill to Blue bar and back.
2. 6 x 50 and 100 metre 100% sprints near the skate ramp, then having to sprint up to every light pole and back working our way back to Alex hill-what a sweat sess!
Thanks guys-love it!!

My hardest session so far was with Sammy at Glasshouse Mountains on Monday night. She really works you hard.... Nearly vommitted at the end of session. Have joined approximately 5 weeks ago and really enjoying it The sessions are fun and always different. The instructors are tough but always encouraging. Meting new people of different ages enjoying fittness has been wonderful. Remember-
