After Brisbane -based Sculptlife Bootcamp three mornings a week this year with Sascha , your lead trainer sharing her skills with Brisvegas , from February til now ( that&#039;s 7 months !! , but who&#039;s counting ?! I realise each day you really DO get a bit stronger and fitter . I  like the way your core strengthens and it seems like there is much more muscular connection between the bottom half of your body and the top half !

Looking forward to hearing about your new venture ! Ready to &#039;Rock;n&#039;Roll&#039;!!!</description>

Dogs are amazing angels that show you life is short ( their lives end before ours do ) and make the most of it .
